We are seeking to hire a Channel Sales Representative, primarily focused on selling our best-in-class digital loan applications to channel partners, including Ag retailers, brokerages, and farm managers.
This is an early hire onto a growing team and will have a substantial impact from day one.
What you might be working on:
Driving sales through one or more channels. Reviewing new products and technologies with clients and prospective clients to close sales, ensure retention, and grow existing relationships
Building, maintaining, and managing relationships with current and prospective channel partners
Creating and maintaining pitch materials for prospective clients
Conducting routine service calls and functioning as the primary client contact for strategic planning
Coordinating the involvement of the AFF engineering and management teams in order to meet partner performance objectives
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Interest in Agriculture and FinTech sectors
2 years of experience in a Tech sales or Ag sales environment
Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft, and / or Google Suites
Excellent professional communication skills
Ideal candidate will be a decisive self-starter
Willingness to travel ~1x/week
