Tillable is revolutionizing farmland ownership and creating an efficient marketplace for land. Agriculture is the last real estate vertical to be digitized, and we want to lead the way in improving the farmland ownership experience from end-to-end. From our unparalleled geospatial land intelligence platform to farm brokerage, management and loans, Tillable is here to make it easy! 


We are seeking a remote junior to mid-level UX Designer that will collaborate with various business and technical project stakeholders to review and visualize requirements in designs and prototypes. This UX Designer will provide day-to-day support of development teams. Our design team is small, so you will have a substantial impact on the direction of the platform from day one.

About the Role


  • You will be joining a small, but growing user experience team. You will make a critical impact and significant design decisions about the platform and ensure the product meets the expectations of our users. 


How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Work closely with other designers, product managers, and developers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services

  • Design elegant flows & interactions for an audience across platforms

  • Give and solicit design feedback to and from other designers and product & engineering team members


What We Like To See


  • Experience translating business goals and requirements into lo-fi & hi-fi prototypes

  • Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc. 

  • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, Figma, etc. 

  • Enthusiastic about learning from and teaching the rest of the team

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask multiple projects at a time 

  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment


Bonuses
